Payment confirmation for your wellie boots...
When your make an order for wellie boots with us online or over the phone, you will receive a confirmation email.
This email will be sent to the address you specified when you filled out your details and it will contain a transaction I.d number that you will need to quote in all correspondance with us.
If you have not received the email, then please check your junk mail folder. If it is not there then you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
When you have successfully paid online, you will have the oportunity to print out your invoice straight away.
We also send out an invoice with all of our wellie boot orders for you to keep for your records. You will find your individual Reference Number on this invoice.
