Returning and exchanging wellies...
If for any reason you would lke to return your wellington boots for an exchange or an instant refund, please send them back to us in their original condition to the following address:

Please fill out the back of the invoice with your reason for requesting an exchange or refund and what you would like us to do next, i.e exchange for a size 7.
For exchanges we ask you to include a cheque for £5.00 for the return postage.
Unfortunately we cannot refund the return postage or the original postage fees. Sorry about this but we only charge you what Royal Mail charge us.
With this information in mind, we encourage all of our customers to take a look at the wellingtons size chart page before they buy or to buy a welly boots gift voucher to avoid the return postage costs.
